Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Postsecondary Success

We are working to overcome this hurdle with Completion by Design, a five-year initiative that works with community colleges to significantly increase completion and graduation rates for low-income students under age 26, while holding down costs and maintaining access and quality. Completion by Design supports three cohorts of community colleges in Florida, North Carolina, and Ohio that are working to create more targeted student success mechanisms and implement comprehensive changes to the student experience.
